Direction #1 from the new Guthrie Corridor highway (for people living near Sierra Mas, Sungai Buloh) is as follow:-
Take the North South highway in direction Rawang and Exit at 115 (Gutthrie corridor h/way)
Pass 3 toll booth and Exit at 3505.
Keep driving and TURN LEFT before the 1st set of traffic light
Drive straight and TURN RIGHT at the 2nd set of traffic light below the
fly over
After ~500m, turn right into the tunnel to Bukit Cahaya. Hash
Sign posted from tunnel onwards.
(This new direction is zooming faster if you want to avoid the busy buzzy
jam. And it will make Samy Velu very happy cuz you're paying 3 tolls).
Direction #2 from the South
Take the NKVE towards Klang.
Take Exit 103 in the direction of Jelutong/Shah Alam (this is the exit
just after the one for KLIA).
At toll set tripmeter.
0.4km, take the ramp up left (Route E35 in the direction of Bkt
Jelutong/Kuala Selangor/Ipoh).
2.6km, take the slip road left (Exit 3506). If you miss this you will be
on the new Guthrie Corridor Expressway.
3.1km, traffic lights, turn right.
3.2km, traffic lights, turn left.
4.5km, traffic lights, go straight.
5.7km, traffic lights, go straight (these are the Monterez Golf Club
lights).
7.0km, just after Shell petrol station on your right, turn left. Go under
the freeway and continue straight to the run site at 9.1km.

Directions:
Drive along Jalan Kuching towards Selayang/ Rawang old trunk road. Pass 1st flyover to Batu Caves/ Kuantan. Pass the Selayang Wet Market on your right. Pass 2nd Flyover to Selayang Hospital/ Bukit Idaman. Ramp on the 3rd flyover on your left and turn left heading towards Bukit Idaman. Just after the PJ Seafood Restaurant, turn right across the divider and follow hash signs.
