Note this is the end point of the HC06 run, it is no where near the start point. It will be the start and end point for the normal Petaling H3 run starting at 4.30.
Option 1
Take PLUS NKVE highway from KL and head North. Exit interchange no 116 to Rawang. Set trip meter after Toll and Head North through Rawang, Sungai Choh & Serendah to Batang Kali.
At Batang Kali traffic light (22.7km) turn RIGHT for Genting Highlands/Ulu Yam Baru. Proceed and go straight at the Digital Traffic Light at 24.6 km. At 25.4 km, Genting Highlands junction, turn LEFT.
Drive for another 1.8 km towards Genting Highlands and look for the a left turn, sign posted Ulu Rening, you should see HHH signs and a Bill Board for Genting Valley. Drive for another 2 km and turn RIGHT into Genting Valley.
Option 2
Take Jalan Kuching out of KL heading north. Exit left to elevated roundabout signpost Batu Caves/Kuantan.
At the roundabout above Jalan Kuching (set tripmeter to 0 km), take 3 o'clock exit towards Batu Caves/Kuantan. As you approach Batu Caves, take the left slip road at 1.1km. At the bottom of the ramp, keep left (sign-posted Ulu Yam Baru). Batu Caves should now be on your right. Go over railroad tracks and at 2.2 km, turn right at first set of traffic lights(Mosque will be on your right. )
At 6.1 km, turn right (again sign-posted Ulu Yam/ Sg. Tua reservoir) Follow this scenic road past the Sungai Tua resevoir on your left and into the hills. At 27.6 km, immediately after crossing a bridge in Ulu Yam Baru township, turn left at T- Junction and drive thru Ulu Yam Baru town, (passing Public Bank on your right) at 29.1km turn right towards Genting Highland/Batang Kali direction.
Drive on and at 31.1 km you will reach a cross road, turn right towards Genting Highland, Drive another 2 Km and turn left towards Ulu Rening & Genting Valley. Drive for another 2 km and turn right into Genting Valley.
