Head out of KL towards Cheras and Phoenix Plaza.
Follow 'KAJANG' signs to get onto the Cheras-Kajang Highway (E7).
Keep straight all the way along the Cheras-Kajang highway, along the slow bit, and close to the beginning of the new Kajang-Semenyih highway, turn left (exit 2101A) to Semenyih.
Afterpassing through the centre of Semenyih town, turn left onto B34 (Broga Road)
Pass the Nottingham University campus.
About 8km up this road, in Broga village, don't follow the road to the right (sign posted Ulu Berenang), but go straight.
Proceed to the Chinese Rock Temple, and follow the road left around the temple to the run-site.
Signs will be yellow with HHH in red.
This is the area that Guinness Khoo got lost in, so please stay on paper and don't try to short-cut.
There are rambutan orchards in the area - please do not steal fruit.

Zuan Kee restaurant at Bandar Technology Kajang:
- return to Semenyih toqn and turn right towards Kajang
- go under the new highway/flyover
- watch out for the Billion supermarket on your left
- Take the next left into Kajang Technology Park (well sign-posted)
- After about 500m, turn left
