- From KL, take Jalan Kuching which turns into Jalan Ipoh, heading towards Batu Caves;
- At Batu Caves junction with MRR2, take exit up to roundabout above Jalan Ipoh, and then take 3 o'clock exit towards Kuantan;
- Approx. 1km, approaching Batu Caves, take slip road left sign-posted Ulu Yam (you can also get here via MRR2 from any direction);
- Keep following signs for Ulu Yam, along curved elevated road over the railroad track by Batu Caves station, and approx. 1km, turn right at traffic light ( mosque on right side). Continue following signs to Ulu Yam;
- Approx. 4km later, turn right (sign-posted Ulu Yam) and follow the winding road up with reservoir on the right;
- Continue and as you are about to reach Ulu Yam Bahru there is a bright yellow coloured Chinese temple on the right. Turn right over a small bridge with T-junction;
-Turn right. There will be red PH3 signs along the way. Go straight along small village road to run site at the end.
(Bring repellants if you fear mossies or sand flies)
On-On at Restaurant UYB Sungai Indah
- Go back along the small village road towards the T-junction. Turn left over the small bridge and immediately left is the bright yellow coloured Chinese temple. Restaurant is beside temple.
