1. Go north on E1 North/South Highway
2. Take Exit 115 (Rawang S) to E35 Guthrie Corridor towards Shah Alam / Klang
3. After toll, take 2nd exit to E25 Latar towards Kuala Selangor / Lumut / Betari Jaya
4. Take Exit 2505 to Kundang
5. Zero tripmeter at toll
6. 0.5km, at traffic lights turn right to go under the highway and onto the B149 (Jalan Kampung Baru Sri Kundang)
7. 1.1km at signpost for Balai Polis turn left into Jalan Sekolah
8. After Balai Polis and school, at 1.7km turn left onto Jalan Tambahan 18
9. 2.0km, turn left onto Jalan Tambahan 15
10. 2.4km, take a slight left beside T&K Automation, with KNine Professional Dog Services just ahead of you, onto Jalan Tambahan 11.
11. 3.0km, arrive at run-site, overlooking the Petronas service station. Park anywhere, but leave space at the top for Ramli and the circle.
The normal run will be 8 or 9 km, and we will probably also set a long run (around 11km) for the insatiable ultra-runners.

1. Set tripmeter to 0 and head back towards the Latar Highway (but don’t go onto the highway)
2. 0.9km, turn right at green wall onto Jalan Tambahan 18
3. 1.2km, turn right into Jalan Sekolah
4. 1.8km, turn right onto main road (B149 - Jalan Kampung Baru Sri Kundang)

5. Around 2.4km, go straight under the LATAR highway
6. 7.7km, go straight at traffic lights
7. 9.6km, go past school with purple wall
8. 10.1km, at a big traffic light junction, turn right (Sekysen U20 sign) onto Persiaran Bukit Rahman Putra 1
9. 10.3km, turn left onto Jalan BRP 6/12
10. Heng Hin Seafood Restaurant is 200m on the right, at 48a, Jalan BRP 6/11
